High Bilirubin, High Blood pressure

Hi. I am 19 years old, and have always been athletic. The other day my blood pressure was a 164/83, and then again a 153/80 the next day. My resting heart rate is about 53 bpm. I had some lab work done and my bilirubin levels were double the range. Can anyone tell me what this could mean?
