High Bilirubin

I Have Fatty liver, but after an alcohol diet and eating healhty for almost 75 days I lost 17 pounds,
but since half that time I have found a lot of fluctuations in my bilirubin blood test, direct and indirect,
both fluctuating going from Direct 0.2 indirect 1.4 total 1.6 to an increase three days ago I had a total of 3.0,
direct 1.1 and direct 1.9, my liver enzymes are normal, and I have no sympthoms, I read that with < 3.0,
people start the jaundice.
