My direct bilirubin is 0.35 (0-0.3 normal)
Have you been diagnosed with liver disease? What was the diagnosis for the jaundice the first time? Do you maintain a strict diet and do you consume alcohol? I'm sorry but more information is needed to better answer your question.

I had jaudice for 1 month . It reduced and now again my bilirum levels have climbed to 2.25 with sgot 445. What could be reasons for repeated jaudice. I have tested negative for Hepatitis B
An elevated "Direct Bilirubin" (which is what she says he has) is not suggestive of Gilbert's Syndrome.

Have you been tested for gilberts syndrom the livour dose not obsorb fats properly which means the livour will not be effected. Bilirubin builds up in the system if you have a cold or drink alcohol the skin lookes tanned .I was told the condition is not serious.

You have made a mistake Rasuku.
Your "Total Bilirubin" can not be lower than your "Direct Bilirubin".
Total Bilirubin is the sum of your Direct Bilirubin and your Indirect Bilirubin.
Direct + Indirect = Total
With a Direct Bilirubin of 14.3 mg/dl you would be extremely jaundiced - your skin and eyes would be very yellow - if you were alive.
Check your labs results and post the right numbers.
