How could my LFT be elevated

I'm 23 years old and i had a knee replacement in Jan. Ever since then, i have been sick with loss of appetite, weight loss, headaches, fatigue, feeling weak, and tachycardia. I've seen Doctors from NY to PA and no one has a clue why. The only thing that has me puzzled is my LFT was slightly elevated and no Dr has taken that to account. My right side does not hurt and not enlarged according to doctor's physical exams. Can slightly elevated liver enzymes cause my symptoms even though i have do pain or discomfort in my liver? What may have caused the elevation between Jan. and today? I only take a beta blocker to slow my tachycardia and ativan for anxiety.

Have you seen your LFTs?  Are they well above normal or just slightly above normal?  This is just a guess but it could be the meds you are taking.
