Increased levels of SGPT and SGOT

i was diagnosed with increased levels of ALT (105) and AST (60) 2 years back. Since then my doctor has given me various medicines like Vitamin E supplements and Alpha Phosphates for lowering these levels. However these levels increase as soon as i am taken off these medications. I have been tested for Hepatitis A,B and C and all have come negative. I also had an X ray and ultra sound of liver done which also came clear. I have never drunk alchohol my entire life, nor do i smoke. Other symptomps like de coloring of faeces, loss of appetite, nausea and pain under the rib cage is also not present.
Can somebody help me for treatment of this disorder.
