Is it the liver

Is it the liver

For the last year I have had unusual pain more of an awarness of the liver mostly after I drink alcohol or eat a large meal. For a few months the pain would travel towards the back and it would feel as though my back was asleep, but this now only occurs every so often. With activity my heart pumps erraticly, have pain in my right side. This last week I have been feeling flutters or quick throbbing it doe not last very long but is of concern.I also have pain in the front between the rib cages had been told in the past it was a sign of liver problems.I am 30 years old, smoke,am not an alcoholic but have been binge drinking for the last six months. At one sitting I would consume atleast seven drinks but its usually more.I have had an ultrasound done which came back perfect, have had multiple basic bllod tests that only turn up hpylori virus,I'm also scheduled for an upper gi and have a consultaion with a gastro intestinal specialist. The "awarnes"/dull ache never seems to go for more than a day, sometimes there's a fever which does go,chills every so often, urine is always differnt sometimes its normal, sometime clear and otherrs a tinge of darkness,am I paranoid or on the right track?

I would just like to say that although my former post would depict an alcoholic and their efforts to reverse personal abuse, but there have been some harsh times sent my way and am aware that alcohol doen't solve ANYTHING only creates issues.I have not had a beverage in a few weeks which is why I posted this, the pain I had started feeling most often occured after occasional drinks, then meals but would go after a week or so,the last couple of months it doesn't go for more than a day even though I have not had a drink for a few weeks and further plan not too, just concerned.
