Is this a flash fill hemsngioma or not?

Hi all and thank you in advance for your comments.

I was hospitalized a week and a half ago for a rapid heart beat. During that time I was given a CT Angiogram. The doctor came into my room and told me that I had no blockages in my arteries and I was fine to go. A few days later I was reviewing the CT report and found this statement...Visualized portion of upper abdomen: A 3 mm small focus of enhancement in the
dome of the liver is likely a flash filling hemangioma in the absence
of known
underlying malignancy. What!?  Does that mean its a flash fill hemangioma or does it mean I should be looking for an underlying malignancy? Why would they not mention it. One of the differential diagnosis is melanoma. I was just recently checked by my dermatologist but ya never know. The other thing is that I've had several abdominal CTs before and none of them ever mentioned this. I should mention that I have over 100 angiomas on my skin and I wonder if that predisposes me to live hemangiomas.

Thanks again!

Dreadfully worried!
