Is weight a disqualifier for a liver transplant

My sister will be 49 in Oct.
She has been overwight for a good portion of her life. She has Rhumatoid Arthritis  that they say may be in her lungs. She got a Gastric Bypass a yr ago and after a while the O2 she was on daily she did not need anymore and things were looking positive for her. She lost over 200 lbs she is around 400 and change and 5ft 1 inch. She started having balance problems and after treatment at a rehabilitation home she had liver failure I fell was caused by over medication. She never drank or smoked or drugs and had no previous liver or kidney issue just breathing problems I felt were caused by her weight. Now in the hospital she has kidney failure as well, and during a "procedure" to but a tube in her her lung was punctured so she has a tube in her chest to create vaccum to re inflate the lung. The Dr. says she is not a liver transplant candadate is weight a disqualifier? I thinks she is around 153 Kg. Now on Friday the Dr's want to have a meeting to decide her fate, and I feel that she should have more time, and be able to have a transplant. Please give me some input all thoghts are welcome.
