LFT - Direct Bilirubin: 0.21, SGPT: 42

My wife has got LFT done and her direct Bilirubin is 0.21 mg/dl and SGPT is 42 U/L. Rest other results are within reference range. We are expecting baby as well. So, I wanted to know why these two parameter values are more than Reference range and will it affect the to be born baby's health? I also wanted to know how this can be reduced by her if required to be reduced. What is the effect of these values on her health as well?

These numbers are good. They maybe slightly elevated within certain ranges, but her numbers are good. Simply monitoring the levels is sufficient. Take care,
