True morning and evening workout will reduce the effect of alcohol . Also increase in water intake will help in detox .

Your numbers are normal (or only very mildly elevated, depending on the lab). Be healthy in your diet and get some exercise. No drugs are needed unless your doctor thinks it is required. But do touch base with your doctor, just to be sure, if you have further concerns.
