Sections of liver reveal preserved lobular architecture. The portal tracts show moderate number of chronic (unrelieved) inflammatory (offensive) cells and single lymphoid follicles. Moderate piecemeal necrosis and mild lobular necrosis are present. Periportal fibrous is seen,
