As you've listed, your globubins are low. This is not automatically a liver issue, it can be many things as I pointed out. It's something that you need to discuss with your doctor, we shouldn't speculate here as we're not the professionals of course.

Jumong is right, your liver doesn't need any more trouble be it from alcohol or diet. But you serum protein levels are an issue. In particular, the globulin levels are low.

You need to work with your doctor(s) to resolve this. It can be related to many things: Liver, kidney, immune system, etc. But you do need to followup with your doctors to see what's up. Your urine analysis seems to have no abnormal flags but you can still lose essential proteins via a slow "leak". And there maybe a production issue as well.

Talk to your doctors.

Varying USG results.
One says Grade 2 Fatty Liver.
Second Test says nothing is wrong ??
Third test said I have grade 1 Fatty liver ??

Should I go for MRI.

Thank You Jumong
I have stopped Alcohol totally since a Month.
Have been steadily reducing my Alcohol since a Year.
I am working on reducing weight.I read I needed to reduce
10% of body weight for the Liver to recover.
The fact that this maybe reversible sounds nice.
Thank God.

As far as I know, the Ask a doctor section is closed, so it's unlikely that a doctor will answer your question.
However, I hope I can help you with your diagnosis. It says there on your lab results that you have grade 2 fatty liver, which means that your condition is reversible, but if you drink any more alcohol and don't lose weight, it may progress to cirrhosis.
