Im 30 year Old Male from the UK

In June i noticed i was having alot of bright red blood on my stool and toilet paper. I went to the dotor he did a check for piles and there was none evidence. He asked me about any weight loss and i said no , not that i know off.
The next to 2 days i noticd some green slime in my stool aswell so went back the doctors. He then weighed me and i noticed that i have lost 7lbs in 2 days, over the next 14days after that i lost 2 and a half stones, everyone was saying i look likea different person, during this time i was having crazy stomach pains which took me into ER A and E , which they ddi blood tests and told me to go home basically.
After the 14 days of the weigth loss, my weight started to maintain, even going up about 1 stoen and a half, but the stomach pains still continued. The pains are still here to this date nov1st. I have not had any bleeding for about 10 weeks.
Ive had loads of tests so far, including 5 x LFT
The first LFT test showed my ALT 48 and Bilirubin 19 (uk) which are both alittle above normal, but doctor says are fine
2Nd test they went to  ALt 66 B/rubin 21
3rd test ALT 77 Brubin 20
4th test they was in normal range ALT 40 B/rubin 17

i would check a CT scan of the liver.  if the liver tests remain abnormal for greater than 6 months then a liver biopsy may be necessary.  fatigue is a non-specific symptom but could be related to a liver condition.
