Liver Diseases?

This past weeks, I've been experiencing a constraction of my liver. I feel like its swelling inside. Then the effect, I cannot move quickly. I look like I have no energy. When I used force, I feel like my liver is moving. Threfore, I didn't move often. Is there's something wrong with my liver? How can I prevent this? Thanks.

Thanks for the reply. I went to my doctor and he gave me an antacid and a tablet for ulcer instead. He said there's nothing wrong with my liver. He suggested to change my eating habit i.e. eat small but frequent. I think I got this when I was in school working as a student assistant then out from poverty am not able to sustain to provide daily needs and eating also food which have not enough nutrition. I will keep the community updated on how I am doing. Thanks. God Speed!

Im not a doctor but sounds like fatty liver. You should see your doctor nothing to worry about tho. Try to avoid alcohol, caffeine, and avoid eating too much ground beef
