Liver Lesions

Hello, I just had a Ct-Scan of the abdomen because I have been having pain for 2 months at the upper right quadrant area. No weight loss, just a dull pain.
The IMPRESSION:
1) Stable sub-centimeter right hepatic low density lesions, probably cysts, due to the lack of contrast enhancement.
2) Interval cholecystectomy.
3) No significant abnormalities and no lymph node.
4) Degenerative dis disease at L5-S1.

My question, am I OK, is this a benign condition. I AM SO WORRIED. Should I STOP worrying?? Please tell me YES
