Liver Problem/Question

My liver function/panel has always came back fine.  I do not drink and have never done any kind of drugs in my life.  However, my last liver CT scan showed I had liver lesions and liver cysts.  This scared me and my doctor stated that liver cysts will never go away and he could give no reason as to why they were there.  He also could not explain the lesions within a 2 year time frame of going good to bad.  Along with this I started having severe gastro-intestional issues.  Such as severe bloating that felt as if my stomach would explode.  Along with the bloating was severe gas trapped inside.  I could hear it all the time.  There was constant nausea along with diarrhea that just came suddenly no matter what I ate that would last for (at times) 4 house.  Since I am in healthcare I knew that I was losing so much body fluid with the diarrhea and vomiting for 4 hours that on this last episode knew my body core temp has dropped way too low.  I have an Epipen but also know that will max ones blood pressure so instead of laying in the floor and passing out I managed (do not know how) to drag myself to the refrigerator where I started drinking cold water FAST.  After starting on the second quart of water I started feeling much better and knew at that time of how severe the situation had become.

Since my CT scan came back showing my liver was fine from before I am perplexed.  The only thing that has happened is that I had a terrible fall in front of a store and fractured my tibia.  I did not know it was fractured at the time but the pain stated being excruciating and when I went to an orthopedic doctor he finally told me the problem. After that was when I had another CT scan which showed I have 2 liver lesions.  Would a hard fall, such as I experienced give a person liver lesions?  That is the only thing I can attribute  the lesions to.  

Can a very hard fall cause lesions on ones liver?  Can/do the lesions ever go away?  What kind of long term problems will they cause?
