Liver Up and Down + Severe Fatigue Out of Nowhere

Not sure what is going on and either are the specialists.  alt, ast, alk phos elevated... bilirubin normal.  Alk phos elev for both bone and liver) My liver enzymes keep on spiking then go to normal.  I have extreme fatigue out of the blue with my face turning bright red or I loose all color, almost gray.  Frequently I have a taste in my mouth like alcohol.  I do not drink at all.  Do not have any of the HEP's, but do have steateohepatitis (had confirm with biopsy) and lesions in liver. The doctor thinks hemangiomas.  I did not have lesions when I had several CT's, but showed up 3 months after my last normal ct.  Not sure if this has anything to do with it, but A LOT of my hair is falling out.  Also, I have pain on my right side that goes from front to back.  Any direction would be appreciated.  I wish someone knew so I could get better.
