Liver cancer??

I recently gave birth (12 weeks ago) and even after my 6 week check up had continual deep "inside' pain, cannot decribe location just high inside and also a radiating pain on my right side, during pregnancy a Periurethral cycst (size of a larg grape) was seen 1/2 way inside my urethra and 1/2 out, it was drained in office and my issue of 'leaking when moving" stopped, at a 10 week it was back and drained agAin?
now for my MAIN issue, my gp sent me for ultrasound on abdomin (abdomen) for the mystery pain, during pregnancy i had high BP and afte ddelivery i still had, i still have high readings and some enzymes showed from liver test, yesteday i saw GP for results and a 10x10 mass (size of dr's fist) was found on my liver, report said things like , coarse hetergeneity liver, large ecogenic areas or psedo mass or possible masses.

He is sending me for either an mri or ct (i think he said ct), he said he will send report to radiologist and let them decide which scan is better.

I am terrified i have liver cancer, i have a 6yr old and a 12 week old...i cant stand this waiting and not knowing and am literally beside myself with worry

Sounds like a liver adenoma.  A liver adenoma is a benign liver mass caused by increased estrogen levels - in your case from the pregnancy.
