Liver cysts

I have had pain in my upper right quadrant for months now.  I had this pain several years ago and they put a stent in my bile duct... twice.  This has re-occured, but I changed doctors.  The PA scheduled me for an MRI last Thursday, today they called and said that I have 2 cysts on my liver.  I am 63 years old and have had Hep C from a blood transfusion during a ruptured eptopic 34 years ago.  I am non detectable for Hep C now.  

This pain sometimes has been unbearable. I have lost 52# (of which I am not complaining) in 8 months without trying.  I have not been able to eat very much and have no appetite. I needed to lose the weight, so I didn't question it.  My upper abdomen is swollen and I am worried about it rupturing, is that a possibility?

Shouldn't I have a CT scan?  Should I have surgery?  How soon?
