Liver damage or hepatitis???? Help

Hello everyone. I'm stressed out and making myself sicker..... I went to the doctor and had a routine physical done. All tests came back normal except my Metabolic Panel said i had a ALT of 44 and a AST of 35. That was June 26 2014.  It said normal AST should be 0-32 and Normal ALT should be 0-40.

The doctor told me to wait 4 months and come back for more testing, but that was too long to wait after the news concerned me. He said maybe i took to much pain reliever or drinks.  I dont ever drink alcohol and i drink tons of water. The month of June i took claratin for my allergies everyday. I took about 3 midol pills and a few Niquil pills for sickness. I took halve of the recommended amount though so i did not overdose.

So i went online and did some result, and demanded for more blood testing to be done. I wanted to rule out hepatitis.  On July 9, 2014 I had a Hepatic testing done. It then said AST was 32. ALT was 39.

Bilirubin total 0.3.
Bilirubin direct---- < 0.1
ALK Phos Total 51
ALBUMIN---4.8
Protein total----7.8

Im nervous and the nurse hasn't called me back to tell me what the results mean. What does this mean? Do i have hepatitis based on these results? Is my liver damaged?

Your results in July are all within the normal range. It is unlikely you have hepatitis.

I called the doctor 3 days in a row, and the doctor has not reviewed the results yet!!!! Nurses say he is busy and will review the results soon.
