Liver problems

Dear Doctor,

I would be very thankful if you can spare some time to answer my concern.

I suffered from severe diarrohea and sore throat around 2 months back. I was on antibiotics for about 10 days and after that my condition became normal.

But since after that, I have developed a dull upper abdominal pain which is generalised. It comes for a few seconds any time, changes positions and then disappears on its own. This pain increases on walking quickly, after a heavy meal and even sometimes on empty stomach. I often feel nausea, dizziness and fatigue. My upper abdomen  feels tender on touching as if it is badly injured.

I went to a gastroenterologist and he took an ultrasound of my abdomen which came normal except for fatty liver.
He then asked for Blood Test. The result of which is as follows -

AST - 12
ALT - 10
AMYLASE - 47.3
Bilirubin direct - 0.21
Bilirubin Indirect - 0.37
Total Protein - 7.65
A/G Ratio - 1.3:1
Gamma GT - 17
Alkaline Phosphate - 211

My doctor said the tests results are normal, nothing to worry and that fatty liver can be cured by exercise and weight loss. He prescribed me Rabeprazole Sodium - 20 mg and Domperidone - 20 mg for 1 month.

My questions to you are as follows -

1. If my Liver tests are normal, then how I am having Fatty Liver?
2. Are the symptoms described by me indicate Fatty Liver?
3. Would you recommend to go fo further investigation of this pain by Endoscopy?
4. Should I continue with Rabeprazole and Domperidone for 1 month? Will these medicines cause any harm to my  body?
