Liver test results

Hello Doctor. I am a 27 y/o American male who currently lives in China. I recently had a medical exam and my liver results came back slightly abnormal (five items). The doctors here really wont tell me much so I though I would ask here. Before I used to drink about 2-3 beers per day. However, for the last three weeks I have stopped drinking.
