Liver ultrasound results, doctor

Here are my results I went in cause I have been having a dull ache underneath my right rib cage. Pain has not been extreme or anything just something I brought up during a physical.

" Echogenic liver differential includes hepatic steatosis and hepatocellular disease. Probable focal fatty sparing in the caudate lobe."

Can someone put this to a level I can understand.  The doctor called and told me I had fatty liver disease and she wanted to ask questions about hepatius which is negative. All my blood work for my liver is normal which was done 2 days prior to the ultrasound.  She called me when normally the nurse does... But she said there is nothing to worry about

I suspect your doctor is just being through. The focal sparing can be interpreted as a liver lesion. But the chances of that being something nasty in a very healthy person, like yourself, is very very unlikely. You have a good doctor.
