Liver ultrasound translation

i am 39 years old and had experienced having a heart burn due to heavy drinking about 10 months ago. i have been hospitalized and treated for it. now i was made to undergo an ultrasound for a follow up check-up. My question is i do not understand that result given to me by the doctor who did the ultrasound. my attending physician is on travel yet to i opted to ask this question to whoever can interpret it, here it is:

liver is not enlarged measuring 12.4 cm in diameter. the right and left hepatic angles are sharp. the hepatorenal is not affaced. the contour is smooth to slightly nodular and the echoe pattern is heterogenous with coarse echoe texture. the vascular markings are distinct. no solid or cystic masses noted. the hepatic and subhepatic spaces are unremarkable. the gallbladder is tubular in shape and measures 6.4 x 2.3 cm in diameter. the wall is smooth and distinct measuring 2.0mm in thickness. the lumen is anchoic and echoe free. the pericholecystic areas are unremarkable. the intra and extrahepatic bile ducts are not dilated. the common bile duct measures 2.4 mm in its AP diameter.

i have stoped drinking also for 8 months.
