i had kept Chickpeas (Brown) in water last evening and had them today after my breakfast and also ate them raw. In evening i suffered from loose motion and sweat a lot, experiencing extreme weakness. Loose motions are frequent if i stay up and now experiencing lower back pain but sweating continuously. What is the possible cause and remedy?
Chick peas can cause acidity but soaking them overnight can release the acid factor from it. It is possible that you have developed food poisoning .It occurs whenever a food is contaminated with toxins, bacteria or parasites. Weakness could be due to ongoing fluid losses and dehydration. Back ache could be due to weakness. In food poisoning a person should take rest, drink more liquids and have a bland food diet. See a doctor. If there is extreme weakness you may need i.v fluids. Do keep me posted.
Take care and regards!
