My bilirubin is high

i have a high level of bilirubin and i am 21 years old ...i had other liver enzymes test and they were all normal...so what is wrong...and i am going to start roaccutane for acne treatment so should i stop it or not?

How high was the bilirubin?  Gilberts syndrome can cause elevated bilirubin levels and not affect the other liver enzymes.  It is a genetic disorder and a pretty benign condition from what I understand.  You may want to ask your doctor about it.
