Need advice

My tacrolimus level is 4.2 after 4 months of liver transplant,  Is it dangerous?  what should i do?

Certainly discuss this with your doctor asap. Too low, and immune rejection is a problem. Too high, and toxic side effects occur. Only your transplant team can tell you what is the correct level. Hope you are doing well.
