Need help understanding Liver biospy report

I had a liver biopsy done last week and picked up a copy of my report, I don't see my doctor till next week and was wondering if anyone could help explain it. It reads: severe predominantly macrovesicular steatosis. Minimal portal inflammation. Minimal (1+) Reticulin fibrosis is present surrounding portal areas. Mild increased Hepatic iron stores. Also they done blood work and it came back low rbc, low mpv, and low rdw.
My doctor ordered the biopsy due to my ferritin level being high and my sgpt being high and ammonia being high. I am a 38 year old male.

I saw my doctor and he said I had NASH and also HE. My doctor also said that my fatigue was caused by liver cirosis  but the biospy report didn't say cirosis. It is just very confusing and also I have never been a heavy drinker and hasn't even drink any acholl in over 5 years

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
HI,
How was your follow-up with your attending physician? Macrovesicular steatosis occurs which is a manifestation of excessive triglyceride accumulation in the liver. Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease  may need to be ruled out. This is one of the most common causes of chronic liver disease and encompasses a spectrum of conditions associated with lipid deposition in the liver cells. Take care and do keep us posted.
