Need help with test results (please)

I am fairly new to the study of liver disease, even though I have had a "Fatty Liver" for ~10 years. It has never been confirmed by a biopsy though. It has shown up on two abdominal ct scans and 2 or 3 abdominal ultrasounds.

I really need some "smart person", lol, to help me with the test results that I have posted on a google web albums page :)

I will be glad to answer any question any of you may have about heart disease. This is my area of expertise. Just message me and I will give your answer my best shot......

I have the results of a Duplex Doppler Ultrasound and an abdominal CT Scan. The CT Scan was required to verify findings, or results on the U.S. test. I received these results from the radiologist that interpreted them last Saturday in the mail, but my GI doctor is out of town this week and none of his partners (8) will not talk to me because I am not their patient. That is a rule that they have. Also my GI doctor's nurse will not comment on the results until the doctor returns and reads them.

So, I am more than disturbed. I have heart disease and six stents in my coronary arteries that opened up coronary artery blockages. I have advanced arteriosclerosis and Small Vessel Disease of the brain and heart. I had a heart attack and stroke in June of 2003.

I am not supposed to have these other problems! LOL.......I also have Chronic Reactivation of the Epstein Barr Virus (CREBV). I believe the dormant EBV was reactivated from lots of ionizing radiation that I received from having 11 cardiac catheterizations, and a 64 Slice Coronary Artery CT Scan.

The medical literature says that radiation can reactivate the EBV that is dormant in ~95% of the world's population. Mononucleosis is how we get the EBV. There is little study in the area of CREBV, yet it is known to cause some cancers. There is no treatment. There is a small clinical trial that is using a very powerful anti-viral medicine normally used to treat the HIV, being conducted in a university hospital by Dr. Joseph Montoya. The last that I heard is that many of the trial participants were dropping out due to the drug side effects.

My results show many abnormalities. Among them are blockages in the major arteries in my abdomen, granulomatous disease of the liver, spleen and lungs, and fibrotic changes in some areas of my lungs.

My liver enzymes have always been very low, or very normal. Yet just recently while googling granulomatous disease of the liver, spleen and lungs, I read that liver enzymes often can be normal with severe liver damage and vice versa. Of course high enzymes must be researched by the doctor.

At this time, I am having a lot of pain coming from the area of my spleen, at times like after a meal. I am also having lots of vague and sometimes acute abdominal pain, not always in one specific area.

I am having a hard time understanding the affects of, and just what granulomatous disease is.

I was also diagnosed with Barrett's Esophagus about 2 months ago. This is a precancerous condition of the esophagus thought to be caused by GERD or stomach acid, even though I have been taking Proton Pump Inhibitor medicines like Nexium and Prilosec for 10 years, due to having an ulcer of the duodenum.

Here I have posted my results on google web albums:

If this link works, I would surely really appreciate any information :)
I think the 2 results are at the top of the page.

Thanks to all very much,

Jack
