Non Specific Spots on Liver ?

I have a probable FNH 3 cm and 1 cm spot, also non specific spots . My doctor never addressed these spots . I am getting a Mri this week to look at my two larger spots , to see if they are growing and changing . What are the non specific spots ? Are we possibly looking at these spots also to look for change ? Maybe they were not large enough to read by my previous MRI ?
Anyones feedback would be great !
