Got liver tested  and nervous about results because AST ALT ratio even though they are both in normal range.

AST:23
ALT: 12
GGTP: 7 (low?)
Bili: .5

Nurse said all was good but I'm very nervous bc I read about the ratio.

Your numbers are perfectly healthy, these are wonderful levels, normal. You might want to do a followup test, but I suspect your numbers will be the same. If not, then let us know, and we can help you out.

I so appreciate you responding to me. Are these labs reliable? I can be relatively confident my liver is intact?

Your numbers are normal and are considered only that, if your levels are within your labs specified range. In fact, fluctuations due to the low values are to be expected. Ast can be raised a bit due to strenuous muscle activity, for example.  The Ast/Alt ratio is only relevent when you enzyme levels are elevated. Overall, your numbers are quite good. Take care.
