Post liver transplant pain

I am nearly six years post liver transplant. I too experience pain on the right side from the front all the way around to the middle of my back. I was glad to know that others too have experienced the pain. My blood work numbers have been good. The pain has continued to worsen and I am wondering if it could be scar tissue?

Pain this far out from surgery which is related to the surgery is frequently due to adhesions along the incision line. I don't understand how that could hurt you in the middle of your back but it could account for pain in your abdomen area.
