Related to Liver SGOT/SGPT

i'm of 37 years.my problem is related to SGOT/SGPT. Right now its 153.6 / 229.2 which is elevated. Serum Bilirubin is 1.2. In 2009 i was diagnose Blood cancer(AML) and in 2010 i got bone marrow transplant(BMT) for it, right now my report related to Serum Bilirubin is normal but from there till now my OT/PT never stable some time it comes with in range of 45 also. i'm non alcoholic, non smoker, kindly advice me what precaution in should i take to keep my OT/PT control either in diet or else any. waiting for ur reply. Thank you.

Hello and hope you are doing well.

Sometimes diabetes mellitus and high triglyceride levels can cause fatty liver changes and also cause raised liver enzymes. Check with your doctor to rule out these conditions.
