Relation between high bilirubin and high colesteral

Is there a relationship between a high bilirubin as a result of Gilbert's Syndrome and high cholesteral?  My cholesteral has always been around 230 regardless of my diet and/or exercise regime.  My HDL is in the 40s so the balance is taken up by high LDL.  Thanks

Could be, i was recently diagnosed with Gilbert's Syndrome and i have high cholesteral. my total is 222 mg/dl. HDL is slightly elevated at 58 (my screening shows normal between 40-50). LDL is at 120. I don't have a great exercise regime myself, try to work out around 1 or 2 times a week minimum but doesn't always happen though. I can't really say my diet is all that great but not terrible either. Hope this helps.
