Reocurring liver cyst

I was diagnosed with a liver adnoema in july of 07, had surgery then to remove the cyst, it was back w/i 6 months and i was sent to a surgeon at musc where he performed a liver resection in april of 08, was told both times the cyst would not come back and now here we are with another cyst present on the liver.  I am very confused, I have not been diagnosed with any specific disease, etc, I do however have a cyst present on my kidneys.  I was just wondering what is going on and what is causing these cyst to keep showing up on my liver are they missing something?
