Right side pain with nausea & low grade fever

I am a 49 year old female and have been diagnosed with Barrett's esophagus, autoimmune hepatitis & Primary Biliary Chirosis (6 years ago for the PBC).  Almost 5 years ago I had an ERCP performed and suffered with the complication of pancreatitis(had 3 prior bouts of pancreatitis) and spent 19 days in the hospital following the procedure ( and have swore will never go thru that again - it was the worst most painful recovery) I have been lucky I have not experienced any further issues with PBC since the procedure. ( I am not an alcohol drinker so it isn't that ) But now I am experiencing the symptoms of when this all began. The low grade fever, the nausea, diarrhea , itchiness & pain in my right side. I went to my primary physician who says could be a kidney stone (I've had those several times) or hoping not, possibly my bile duct due to my condition. I was given a urine test and had a blood draw to check my liver levels.  I received a call from my primary physicians nurse stating I had some blood in my urine and will set up an ultrasound .  While still waiting for the appointment for the ultrasound my symptoms are still the same and the itching is getting ridiculous !!
My question is could an obstructed bile duct (which I had stent placed in during my ERCP ) cause traces of blood in my urine and the intense itchiness of my skin (my arms, chest, and back are the worse - have been applying Benadryl cream but has given me very little relief) & does the stent ever need to be replaced or can a stent become obstructed? It's been over 24 hours and still haven't heard back about my ultrasound appointment.  Wondering if I should go to the ER?
Thank you in advance !
