SGPT/SGOT level rises in liver.

hello..
i need to ask you,that if  the level of SGPT and SGOT both rises above 5000 then what will be the consequences that affects the body..And what should be the preventive measure taken to cure it....plz,reply me as soon as possible..

It's like a viral type or possibly auto-immune but it's impossible to know without further testing. There are several viral forms that can be very aggression with lobular activity and able to produce liver enzymes levels of 5000 or so. But your doctor will need to run more tests.

You have acute hepatitis and need to be under a doctor's medical care asap. It's impossible to know which type until they run more tests and then treatments can be assigned. But do get to your doctor, don't let this linger untreated or supervised.
