SGPT levels

Dear Doctor,

Please advise me how to reduce SGPT & SGOT level. I'm not taking any liqueor. But My cholesterol level is high. Therfore I would like to know how to prevent from this issue.

these liver tests can be elevated because of many things including viral hepatitis and certain autoimmune conditions of the liver.  fatty liver is one of the more commoner causes and is associated with elevated cholesterol.  You should have blood tests to rule out the other things.  weight loss would be indicated if it is fatty liver.
