Hello i had my sgpt exam and get 71 above normal...i would like to know if this is dangerous or can be lowered down? Is it in the stage of cirrosis? Sometimes i feel little shortness of breath...is this is dangerous? Thank you please give me advise...and one more thing i am not a drinker may be accasionally but definitely not a heavy drinker...

We really can't help you with a single number. If you have more data, then maybe we can offer some insights. I wouldn't worry though and let your doctor(s) do their thing. Your liver is amazingly tough.
