Severe back/chest pain

I have had this sort of pain before it radiates (seemingly) from my spine outward (a heavy weight) but also feels like its squeezing the air out of my lungs although I can take a full breath. I can feel it through to my chest mostly in the left side. Note: I have a hepatic hemangioma about 2cm which is new from a CT I Had five years ago. It was recently discovered because I've had pain in my upper right abdomen. I have also been very tired as of late.  So, just wondering if this feeling of a large man queezing the life out of me is a nerve or some how related in anyway? Thank you in advance.

Hello and hope you are doing well.

This could be renal colic. Small stones can obstruct the passage of urine and when the body tries to 'push' against the blockade this results in colic, which is severe attacks of pain. The other causes for the pain could be infections of the bowel and bladder, prolapsed intervertebral disc or inflammatory diseases of the colon. Please consult your primary care physician who will do blood tests, x- rays and may ask for an ultrasonogram to find out the cause for the pain.

No not at all I have IBS with diarrhea so I don't have any issues with that although its much more painful and dibiltating it's similar to indigestion when I was pregnant but I feel the need to have my back cracked this way to heaven but nothing helps. I am on blood pressure meds for my migraines and topamax for that reason also but no other meds I'm trying to eliminate them all one by one ( I'm in traction 30 min a night  for my headaches hoping I don't have to use Botox) I stopped taking my IBS pills six months ago

Are you extremely constipated or full of gas?  Gallstones?
