Tacrolimus level after two year

What should be the Tacrolimus Level After two year of liver transplant ?

Reference ranges vary. I have seen the low end at 3.8 but usually at 5. The upper limit I have seen at 10.8 and 20 although the lab sheet cautioned that toxicity can exist at a level of 20. My opinion is that you want it as low as possible without triggering organ rejection. I am 11 years out and my range is usually between 4 and 6.
