VERY TERRIBLE LIVER TEST RESULT?

I'M SMOKER (10 STICKS) AND CONSUME BEER VERY FREQUENTLY. (WEEKLY 20 CANS 325ML)
MY RECENT BLOOD TEST REPORT, SEEM SERIOUS. SHALL I PROCEED FURTHER TEST?
LIPID PROFILE - TOTAL CHOLESTEROL - 6.2, LDL CHOLESTEROL  4.0, TRIGLYCERIDES - 2.1
LIVER FUNCTION TESTS - TOTAL BILLRUBIN 21. SGOT(AST) - 224, SGPT(ALT) - 417, GGT - 206.
RHEUMATOID FACTOR - 309.

Your numbers appear to be very high. What did your doctor say?
If I were you I would stop drinking for a period of time, then get checked again.  If still high I would see a liver specialist.
Everything you eat or drink has to go through your liver.  It sounds like something is causing it to be inflamed which is dangerous.
