Viral Hep E / SGOT / SGPO problem

I had been diagnosis with Viral Hep E on 8th July 2016, at  that time my Total Bilirubin count was 3.8 and SGOT/SGPT were 1520/2060. I took 2 weeks full bed rest with medication, and another 2 weeks was work from home so again kind of relaxation. I did my blood testing on 22nd Jul 2016 my Total Bilirubin count had come down to 1.13 along with SGOT/SGPT to 72/87.  I again went for blood test on 6th Aug 2016, my Total Bilirubin count is stable to 1.13 but SGOT/SGPT are still 126/135 from the range of 34/40.

I am still under medication but not on full rest, going office on daily basis. I am taking full precaution for food and water. I have started having normal food but nothing from outside. everything is been cooked in home.

Can you advice why my SGOT & SGPT has gone up again. I am taking Reheptin, Tefroliv Forte and Liv52 tabs?

Thank You
