Will my SGPT & SGOT level go high because of this?

i had a liver transplant roughly 4 years ago. and 2 days ago i drank a 1 oz shot of jagermeister. will this affect my new liver? im never going to drink any more alcohol ever again in my life. im terribly worried right now. im currently taking tacrolimus medication aswell. should i be worried? if i was to take a blood test in 4 days, will my sgpt and sgot level go high or have any change from normal? will be any change in my liver enzyme? please help. thank you.
