Yellow staining diareah, BM , in sleep unaware

I have had an intermittent  sharp , gripping pain ( pain that makes me yell out) in my R mid back area, soon after
this symptom appeared I also have woken to having had a diarrhea yellow staining  like BM while asleep ( while having dreamed that I was having the same sharp pain) I will go to the toilet and have more of the diarrhea which stains the water yellow and the bits of solids float. . I washed the sheets promptly and there is a yellow stain that wont come out. I also have the same (yet not so sharp) pain straight through to my front R abdomen ( just under my bottom rib)
in 1996 I had a severe undiagnosed stomach pain similar to the one on the front with severe chronic diarrhea , I was a "salad shooter" it went in and came out pretty much the same within 10 min. I had a GI series where I drank the chalky stuff & they would X-ray in 15 min to see how long it would take before the did the series of x-rays. after 8 min. they had to hurry to get the x-rays before I voided the entire "drink" .( blowing chalky stuff out the other end completely evacuated in 17 min.  I went from 155 LBS to 89LBS.
The Docs thought I had lymphoma  and did an exploratory surgery from belly button to mid rib. 7-8" scar. No lymphoma. They said I had thinning & large dilation  of my intestine from the very bottom of my stomach  for 2 ft.
I was told they left it in because if I died on the table they would have gotten n trouble. I asked "you left it there for legal reasons" ? The Doc looked down and shook his head yes.
After about 2 years I felt better and got my weight back to 115 LBS. I donated blood as I have 2x a year for years.
I  received a letter stating I have had Hep B & C but neither were "active" in my blood ?? I  was bitten at work about 8 months before I began this weight loss "salad shooter" deal. So , I'm guessing that is where the Hep B & C came from.  I took the letter from red cross to my MD.'s and they said "Wow, you beat hep C all on your own". So, I've had a pain in my front abdomen for 12 years that seems to be migrating around to my back & adding a gripping attack type pain and dooping in my bed like I'm an incontinent  90 yr old. I just turned 50 and look and act like 40. with the exception of screaming out in gripping pain at some of the most inopportune  times. Very loud and startling even to myself.  I have complained to the Doc every year about my stomach pain he just shakes his head no and tells me "if it was going to kill you, you would already be dead." So now what? How do I get my MD to take me seriously. I need to have a clue as to what it might be or this HMO will hands down let me live in pain and or die. from ??  Is it the Hep C  that my Docs said  "you beat it all on your own, your cured" ??  One more thing the yellow diarrhea ( more bile looking with small solid floaters don't really smell like poop) I eat well, predominantly vegetarian  ( occasional chicken or fish in an ethnic dish. No trans fat get diarrhea from bad fats) Drink 1 to 3 beers a week  max. , don't smoke. ( quit 5 yr ago after smoking for 25 yr)  no milk ( it's for cows) eat hard cheese lots of
grains , leglumes, all the colors of natural food.  Got a clue??

As you know, there are tests for hepatitis B or C and I believe you want to hear exact explanation from your doctors - was (is) it hepatitis, exactly which type and what is the proof.

You've mentioned thinned and dilated part of intestine (small or large intestine?). Your surgeon should tell you what is official diagnosis. It is possible that pain arises from that part and that your entire intestine gets irritated after something happens there (a twist?). This would then explain yellow diarrhea - it is from the bile, which had no time to be absorbed in the intestine because of rapid peristalsis.
