alcohol liver diease,Pancreas,gallbladder HELP!

ok so heres my story lately everytime i go out an have drinks mostly beer sometimes ill have a few mixed drinks i always have to take tums,i get this pain in my liver area kinda light wear my gallbladder,pancreas is but also in liver area too i feel to see if i can feel anything under my right rib cage i feel nothing is this a good sign? i do feel some sorta bone tho but it light torge the end of my rib kinda more torge my back,when im drinking beer i beltch alot more than most ppl. ive had liver funtion test done at the hospital because i went cause i was having upper adominal (abdominal) pain so first doctor feels my liver then starts running liver funtion test then he ran a ctscan to check my gallbladder, pancreas,liver,etc come back hours later said everything looks fine, to follow up with my pcp so i did an told her the pain i was having she thought maybe it was my gallbladder order me to have an ultrasound with attention on gallbladder went back ultrasound showed liver,gallbladder was fine she also got my results from the hospital an looked at the ct scan an also said everything looked fine. so my question is what is causing me this pain after a night  of drinking. i use to drink alot now i drink usually only on saterday. sometime ill go out an drink friday at amigos but i do not drink during the week. i really dont think i have any symtoms (symptoms) related to liver problems i mean i have a running nose itchy eyes headaches but its feb an the weather is crazy here im sure its allergys (allergies) or something. i also have gastritis could this be causing the pain?! ive read all symtoms (symptoms) of gallbladder problems i dont have any really besides after i eat i usually have to go the rest room to do number 2. i have light circle under my eyes but couldnt that be from having low iron? i just resently had my tubes tied an lost alot of blood an im on iron pills but the light circle under my eyes are still there is this what they mean by dark circle under eyes with liver damage,also my hair is falling out dont know if that has anything to do with it or not.an my face is always itchy an dry but im think that has to do with me having Seborrheic Dermatitis it could also be cause of my hair loss if i had liver problems wouldnt i have symtoms (symptoms) of some sort besides just pain? i read pain could mean an enlarged liver but the pain aint only there after im drinking its there sometime when i eat an its really annoying what are the doctor missing. i have an appoinment with my gastroigist this coming thur im really scared i hope nothing is seriously wrong. any body have an input on this ive posted an nobody seems to answer my questions. if you need more detail just say so.

The pain could be due to gastritis or peptic ulcer disease. This can be diagnosed with an endoscopy. Also, anemia can be detected by a simple blood test. In the meantime you could follow certain precautions. Avoid smoking and alcohol. Avoid drugs like paracetomol and sedatives. Get vaccinated for hepatitis A and B. Take a good protein diet.
