ct scan showed focal area of low attenuation adjacent to gallbladder

I am a women in my late fiftys i have had waight loss, lack of appatite, nausia feeling unwell now and again. My specialist had lots of tests done . the cat scan showed local area of low attenuation between my livour adjacent to my gallbladder. Could someone explain to me what this means
