does high liver enzimes Ast&Alt mean liver cancer?

I had my blood test come back atl 106 & ast 94. dr. ordered a ultrasoud just went. I am overweight and dr. said my sugar is high. What will be next. My friend said I could have liver cancer. If it turns out I have fatty . What's next? I am scared and confused help me make understand the process.

That wasn't very nice of your friend implying that you have cancer. Just because you had 2 enzyme test come back elevated. There are number of things that can cause this. I would not worry, or get worked up over this. The doctor is just going though the next steps in testing, to find out what is causing your enzyme elevation. Be patient, and stay calm, you probably just have a fatty liver. Your doctor will get you on your way to resolving the problem.
