elevated AST ALT

I had blood work done yesterday and my ALT is 115 and my AST is 65. I am very concerned and cannot get in with my physician for another week. I took Tylenol 1000mg the night before my labs. I was just wondering if that could have been what elevated them. Also my cholesterol is high. I want to know if cholesterol levels and AST ALT levels have anything to do with eachother and if taking Tylenol the night before could elevate these labs. I am very worried.
