elevated liver results

I had a back fusion in Jan 2010 with harware placed.  I was on heavy doses of steriods and pain medication.  Had labs drawn 30 days after the surgery.  I was on my second steriod med dose pack when they were drawn.  My  GGt was 221, Alkaline Phosphatase 163 and total protein was 6.4.  Can the surgery and medication affect these results.  I am active and healthy other that the back issue since Oct 09.  Many of the pain meds had combination of tylenol.
